Rachael Kabala is a Principal Technical Specialist supporting the energy and suture surgical portfolio at Medtronic. She holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and possesses a proven track record in research and development for clinical engineering. Rachael began her career with 10 years in R&D, focusing on the development and testing of LigaSure and Sonicision devices. She has played a key role in the development, testing, approval, and launch of the LigaSure Maryland and XP Maryland lines. Currently, she leverages her technical expertise to support sales training, technology demonstrations, RFP processes, and clinical customer engagement programs.
